YWCA Houston board of directors recently named Terri Broussard-Davis as Chief Executive Officer. Broussard- Davis officially began her duties as CEO on June 1, 2019

Broussard-Davis has served as a Senior Executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in the finance and real estate; and, over 15 years of dedicated service as an officer in numerous Non-Profit Boards and Community Outreach Organizations. Broussard-Davis has also served on the Executive Board of YWCA Houston as Board Treasurer. Most recently, Broussard-Davis served for nine months as interim Chief Operating Officer at YWCA Houston.

Her strong background in financial services combined with extensive contacts in the Houston business community, make her the perfect person to guide YWCA Houston into its next 100 plus years of service. While she possesses strong business acumen and operations expertise, these accomplishments pale in comparison to her passion for YWCA Houston and its mission.
